HOW IT WORKS
Upload the Tekla export
Export from Tekla and upload the CSV. The app detects the column layout automatically.
The rules run and record what fired
Every rule is evaluated for every part. The breakdown is stored with the estimate.
Review, override, approve, export
Overrides require a written reason. Approval locks the batch. Export includes the rules sheet.
Every estimate shows every rule it evaluated, whether it fired, and what it contributed.
| Rule | Part | Matched | Description | Min |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| prep.base | Yes | Base preparation time per assembly | 10.0 | |
| prep.holes | A-002-BP | Yes | Per-hole drilling time on plates | 12.0 |
| prep.length_band | Yes | Cutting time by main member length | 12.0 |
BUILT TO BE TRUSTED
The calculation is deterministic code. The same export always produces the same minutes. No language model is involved.
Every rule is written in plain language. The rules page shows each rule, its version, and who activated it.
Nothing is overwritten. Every run is a new versioned record and approval locks the batch.
The estimator stays in charge. The app produces a first pass. The estimator reviews, overrides with a written reason, and approves.
